By the time the third course was served, our trainee was on his hands and knees and wearing Mistress Joanne's panties on his head. Miss Ava, Miss Babette, Mistress Joanne, and I were suitably impressed with his balance act of the precious china tea cup, as we admired each other's fabulous feet.
